Step into a day on our Fulfillment floor

You report to the Fulfillment Manager, grab a fresh stack of packing slips, and open the OJR to confirm dates are accurate and priorities are clear. You print, staple, and sort paperwork; attach emailed instructions so each order tells the full story; and gather ship records and ship-pending items to organize the day’s pull. You update “to inventory” jobs, capture overage counts, and enter data from pull reports for analysis. When Account Managers email or stop by, you provide quick answers. When Team Leaders need clarity, you pass along direction so everyone is aligned.

Through the shift, you maintain box inventory, order hardware and packing materials for complete pulls, and keep a neat, safe work area. You hop on a forklift as needed, then return to the bench to pull and pack small jobs with care. You flag any signage issues to management and help new team members learn the ropes. This is a hands-on production role focused on executing tasks assigned by Management and Account Managers—no formal delegation authority, all about getting the work done right and on time.

What you’ll handle

• Gather all paperwork for the day (packing slips, OJR, ship records, ship pending)
• Print, staple, and sort packing slips; attach emailed directions to paperwork
• Input data from pull reports; update and maintain OJR dates for accuracy
• Track “to inventory” jobs and provide overage counts
• Order supplies required for complete pulls, including hardware and packing materials
• Maintain box inventory; pull and pack small orders
• Communicate with Account Managers via email and in person
• Ensure department priorities are understood; pass instructions to Team Leaders
• Report any signage-related issues to management
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards
• Operate a forklift as needed
